ThinkOutreach has organised several one-off events to tie in with the Cambridge Festival of Ideas or the Cambridge Science Fesitval.
The events have included a showing of the BAFTA longlisted animation of Tim Minchin's 'Storm' with producer Tracy King and artist DC Turner, and an evening of comedy with geek-songstress Helen Arney, and Friends. Cambridge Festival of Ideas
The University of Cambridge Festival of Ideas celebrates the arts, humanities and social sciences. The Festival of Ideas is the only free arts, humanities and social sciences festival in the UK.
Cambridge Science Festival
The Science Festival is the largest free festival of its type in the UK and in 2011 received over 35,000 visitors to nearly 180 events. The fesitval is organised by the Public Engagement Team at the University of Cambridge.
